Who is Future built for?

What data do institutions get today?
City index levels, technical indicators, and market context across our live coverage. Deeper city workspaces (transactions, neighborhoods, macro) are available for markets we’ve fully launched.
How is the index constructed?
Today we draw on transactions and trusted third-party indices, normalized where possible, with clear disclaimers. Proprietary construction is on the roadmap. Full detail lives on our Methodology page.
Do you offer API or bulk data access?
Institutional access (including API and bulk delivery) is available by request. Tell us your use case in the form below and we’ll follow up with options.
Are futures live yet?
Not yet. Future is publishing the index layer first so the market can follow — and eventually trade — on a shared reference. Institutional partners help shape coverage and product sequencing.
